- Ballajura Community Centre
Join us in shaping a future where nature and urban life thrive together!
As cities expand, so does the need for green spaces that support healthier communities and a sustainable future. Fiona from Gaia Permaculture will explore the vital role urban forests play in mitigating climate change, improving air quality, reducing heat island effects and enhancing biodiversity.
You will learn how strategic greening efforts can strengthen climate resilience and discover actionable ways to contribute to a greener, more liveable city.
Light refreshments will be provided.
This workshop is part of the Branching Out in Ballajura campaign, which is a series of free workshops hosted in Ballajura.Tuesday, May 27 | 6 - 8pm
