Candidates who demonstrate they can successfully fulfill position requirement may progress through the selection process. This may include:
- preliminary telephone interview
- formal face-to-face interview
- presentation
- follow-up interview
- skills or other testing
- reference checking
- drug and alcohol screening
- medical and other checks deemed necessary for the position.
The selection panel will consider all the information gathered during the process to make a decision.
Once the preferred candidate is confirmed, the unsuccessful interviewed candidates will be contacted directly. Unsuccessful candidates who were not interviewed will be notified of the outcome via email at the conclusion of the process.
