Branching Out: Healthy soils and gardens
- Tuesday, May 06, 2025
- Ballajura Community Centre
Join us to learn how to plan your outdoor spaces to suit your needs and to create beautiful, biodiverse, resilient, productive and waterwise gardens.
Sustainability and permaculture educator, Yann Toussaint, will discuss what to consider before taking action to green your property – from identifying your gardening goals and developing a concept plan that is in keeping with your resources to help you make best use of the space available.
We will then look at how to map the site, considering aspects such as shade, soil, water, before looking at plant selections and plant care.
Light refreshments will be provided.
This workshop is part of the Branching Out in Ballajura campaign, which is a series of free workshops hosted in Ballajura.
