Youth Week WA April 10-17 is the biggest celebration of young people aged 10-25 years, recognising their contribution to our community.This week-long event will feature various activities hosted and supported by the City of Swan, showcasing the incredible contributions of young people to our social, cultural and economic life.
This year's theme is'Our Threads, This Place, Your Moment,' reflecting young people's connections with their community, each other, and themselves.

The Ballajura Youth Outreach Project is collaborating with Kids First Australia and Whitelion to host a Youth Week music event at the Dungeon Youth Centre in Ballajura.
The event will feature games, giveaways, a dance floor, and a chill-out zone, making it an exciting opportunity to engage with the young people in our community.

Headspace and Our Place Youth Committee is hosting a fun and creative youth art series at Swan City Youth Services, supported by the City of Swan.
Activities will include individual art-making stations like mini canvas painting, jewellery making, and origami, and a large-scale community mosaic.
Local artists, organisations, and youth advocates will guide the activities, ensuring the event is engaging, inclusive, and educational.
