Thinking Green: Wicking Beds

Please note that this program is suitable for adults and young people aged 14 and over. 

Photographs and videos may be taken of the event. Please book one ticket for each person attending.

Robyn will teach you how to set up a simple wicking bed utilising a plastic storage tub, designed to keep your plants hydrated for longer while conserving water. This simple technique can be adapted to a larger container depending on your needs and garden space.

By the end of the session, you’ll leave with the knowledge and confidence to create your own wicking bed at home, whether it be for your herbs or growing some vegetables.
