Perth Sky Meditation Centre affiliated to World Community Service Centre, India conducts free simplified Kundalini Exercises every Saturday until 25 May 2025.
Sky Yoga is a lifestyle practice for all mind and body related requirements. With its simple, comprehensive, scientific and practival methods, it caters to all ages, and has been tailor made in contemporary style.
Free exercises open to all. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
