Councillor bio

Charlie is a Swan Valley-raised grape grower, winery and small business owner. He cares about the City’s rural communities, growers and local families. Charlie believes long term planning is critical to maintaining the region’s distinctive rural identity including viticulture, agriculture, equestrian, arts and tourism sectors.

“My goal is to work with residents, business and government to ensure the Swan Valley and Gidgegannup have a vibrant, vital and viable future to thrive and prosper. To maximise opportunities while maintaining our unique heritage and character given our strategic location so close to Perth.”
