Do you live in the City of Swan and have a pet? If so, it’s time to renew your cat or dog’s registration with us.
From today, October 10, all annual animal registrations – and those at the end of three years of registration – are due for renewal.
You’ll receive your renewal notice via post or email and you must pay the fee by October 31.
All dogs over three months of age must be registered and microchipped and all cats over six months of age must be registered, microchipped and sterilised.
It’s important to keep your pet registered so that if the worst happens and they go missing, you have the best chance of being reunited.
You can renew your pet’s registration:
- Online
- At our Administration Centre, 2 Midland Square, Midland
- Any City of Swan library
- At an Australia Post office within the City of Swan.
Once you renew, a tag will be issued and sent to you by post.
If you have any questions, you can contact the City on (08) 9267 9267 or email swan@swan.wa.gov.au.
Visit our cat or dog registration pages for more information.
