Get ready for an unforgettable day of fun, culture and connection as Altone Comes Alive returns to Altone Park in Beechboro on March 15, 2025.

Aligning with Harmony Week, this much-loved annual event hosted by the City of Swan celebrates the incredible diversity and unity of the community – bringing together people of all ages and backgrounds for a vibrant day out.

Last year, Altone Comes Alive drew an incredible turnout of over 5,000 people and this year it’s expected to be even bigger and better.

The free, family-friendly event offers something for everyone, with live entertainment, a bustling marketplace of community stalls, and delicious food trucks showcasing flavours from around the world.
Kids and families are in for a treat with free festival rides, face painting, henna tattoos, bouncing castles, mini golf, and so much more.

In line with the City’s Access and Inclusion Plan, ensuring Altone Comes Alive is accessible and inclusive for all – including people with disability, seniors and parents with prams – is a priority.

Access provisions include a dedicated drop-off area and access matting to allow easy entry to the much-loved Harmony Week celebration.

Additionally, a designated space beneath the main marquees will provide wheelchair users with a comfortable view of the exceptional performances.

For those seeking a moment of calm, a chill-out zone away from the lively festivities will further enhance the event's inclusivity.

Tanya Richardson, City of Swan Mayor, said Altone Comes Alive is a fantastic way for the community to connect and embrace multiculturalism.

“Altone Comes Alive is at the heart of what Harmony Week is all about – bringing our community together to celebrate arts, food and culture in a fun, welcoming atmosphere,” she said.

“I encourage everyone to attend and experience the beautiful diversity of this accessible and inclusive event.”

Altone Comes Alive is a chance to celebrate what makes the Swan community thrive: Diversity, connection and collaboration.
