Thinking Green

Thinking Green is a free community sustainable living workshop series presented by the City of Swan, split into 2 month programs which align with the Noongar seasons. They are held at the City's libraries and other local venues.

Thinking Green aims to inspire participants to change their lifestyle in order to improve their well-being and be kinder to the environment.

If you have ideas of workshops you would like to see run in the future, please contact the Thinking Green Team at ThinkingGreenTeam@swan.wa.gov.au

Worm Farm Subsidy

The City of Swan is pleased to offer its residents and ratepayers a $125 subsidy on a new worm farm.

This reduces your outlay to $120 and includes a free instructional workshop. There is also an option of a $60 subsidy to buy 1kg of worm, reducing your outlay to $60. This is ideal for those who have an existing worm farm which needs revitalising.
